Patient #11, a 23-year-old male with cystic fibrosis who developed a multidrug resistant Burkholderia gladioli infection in his chest cavity prior to a lung transplant in 2017. Patient #3, a 77 year old male, suffered a traumatic brain injury. He developed a craniectomy site infection with multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
